Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services arranged by One Retreat (hereinafter referred to as “One Retreat” or “the intermediary”).

One Retreat curates and arranges selected retreat locations, accommodations and related services such as transfers, catering, activities or leisure experiences.

2. Role of One Retreat

One Retreat acts exclusively as an intermediary between clients and the respective service providers.

The contract for accommodation or other services is concluded directly between the client and the respective provider(e.g. villa owners, accommodation providers, chefs, transfer companies or activity providers).

One Retreat is not a travel organiser within the meaning of applicable package travel regulations.

3. Booking

The presentation of retreat locations or services on the website or in proposals does not constitute a binding offer.

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the client and accepted by the respective service provider.

By confirming a booking arranged by One Retreat, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Payments

Payments for accommodation or services are generally made directly between the client and the respective service provider, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms, deposits and deadlines are determined by the respective service provider.

5. Intermediation Fee

For the successful arrangement of services, One Retreat receives a commission from the respective partner companies or service providers.

Any intermediation fees are generally already included in the offered services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations, changes or modifications of bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

These conditions may vary depending on the provider and will be communicated during the booking process.

One Retreat does not assume responsibility for cancellation policies of partner companies.

7. Liability

One Retreat is liable solely for the proper arrangement of services.

The execution, quality, safety and availability of the services are the sole responsibility of the respective service providers.

Any claims related to the performance of the services must be addressed directly to the respective provider.

8. Force Majeure

If services cannot be provided or are significantly affected due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (such as natural events, government measures, strikes or similar circumstances), the terms of the respective service provider shall apply.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy of One Retreat.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The contract language is English.
